Topeka West junior girls soccer star Micah Williams has been selected by the Dan Key Farmers Insurance Agency as the Rising Star of the Week.
The Dan Key Agency will recognize top Shawnee County underclassmen throughout the bulk of the 2025-2026 school year.
Here's a brief look at Williams' recent accomplishments.

Williams, an All-Shawnee County and Class 5A All-State pick last spring, has scored 15 goals in five games in her first season for Topeka West, leading the Chargers to a perfect 5-0 start.
Williams, a forward, opened the season with one goal against Kansas City-Washington, scored five goals against Highland Park, four against Salina Central, two against Great Bend and three goals against Kansas City-Turner.
Topeka West's 5-0 start has eclipsed the Chargers' win total in a 4-12 2025 campaign.
